We’ve been in the insurance industry since 2008, so we know our way around a policy but we’re always keen to learn more about new products and services we can offer. We’re constantly looking for the next opportunity to bring you a great new product to help keep the things you care about most safe and secure.
We work with some of the best specialist underwriters in the UK who are experts in their fields and who not only write the policies but have complete claims authority, making sure that if you need to claim, it’ll be dealt with quickly and easily.”

Mark Rebuck BSc, FIA
Joint CEO
Mark is the co-owner of Eversure and is a highly respected leader in the insurance sector. He has 30 years’ global experience in General Insurance and Life Insurance. He is especially focused on digitalising businesses creating better value and better service for customers. Prior to Joining Eversure Mark was Global Life Director at Aviva where his focus was developing Aviva’s portfolio of overseas Life Insurance businesses including their Spanish business based in Madrid.
Jon Rebuck BA
Joint CEO
Jon is the founder and co-owner of Eversure and is head of Marketing and Innovation. He has spent the last 15 years since Eversure was founded, using his online digital expertise creating and distributing the current portfolio of products. Jon comes from an IT background previously working for Morgan Stanley in London and Sydney, as well as managing IT projects and services for Zurich Re.
Joanna Rapp
Web Deseigner
Joanna Rapp is a creative director of Eversure responsible for the front-end design of the websites, logos and graphics. Shew is a fully qualified UK architect with a background experience working in prominent architectural practices both in UK and US. She is also a really good eye for composition, aesthetics and visual design, and she strives to create a beautiful and user-friendly experience for the costumers of Eversure.
Michael Wayne
CFO
Michael Wayne is Chartered Management Accountant with more than 12 years of experience in the insurance industry. As well as leading the finance function of the company, Michael also oversees risk and compliance and generally makes sure business is conducted in the right way with the best interest of customers at the heart of everything.
Jordi Ruiz
Developer
Jordi Ruiz has a degree and a master in degree in Computer Science with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries: Media, Insurance, Financial Services, E-Commerce, Trading, Banking, Recruitment and Consultancy. After several years practicing agile, Jordi has embraced Continuous Delivery. For him, Continuous Delivery is the fastest way to deliver great quality software. Jordi is currently working as Tech Lead for Eversure. In his free time, Jordi enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children.
Andres Ramon
Developer
Andrés Ramón is a senior software engineer with over 20 years of experience across multiple industries. He has worked with a variety of companies including the BBC, Beezy, Mercuria, Validated Id, and Iberia ( AIG Group ). He has also served as a consultant for Ciber UK, iSolutions, and Spenta Consulting, with key clients including Microsoft, Barclays, Premier Medical Group, the Generalitat of Catalonia, and the Swiss government. Throughout his career, he has worked as a Software Engineer, Team Leader, and Technical Coach. He has extensive experience in agile methodologies and software development. He is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Eversure.
